Athletics

Well done,
to all the Room 11 students who took part in the Reremoana Athletics day. You showed resilience and collaboration by trying and trying again, connecting by taking part and making the best of your day.

"I am very proud of my class."

Here are a few reflections:

Yesterday we went to the school athletics and I enjoyed it. I didn't get a ribbon but still tried my best.

We went to the athletics and the best part for me was getting into the huge bus. Today Mrs. van Zyl gave me a ribbon because I tried so hard.

Yesterday we went to the Massey Park for our Athletics. I was in the White team and I got 3 ribbons. My brother also had heaps of ribbons.

Our Morning Walk!

Our Morning walk was  a great success. Thanks to the parents that gave up their time to come and help with the walk.

I was so excited about our walk that I could not stop jumping and singing.  The best part of the day was walking on the beach, looking for old crab skeletons. By Jacob

We loved going up and down the climbing poles. They we so high and I was  a bit scared.  My favourite part was climbing and eating Morning Tea. By Jordie and Sarai.

Just look at these two friends. We were able to climb to the top. The best part was finding so many shells, crab skeletons and running on the beach.
By Marc and Samuel

Just look at all the shells we picked up today!

After playing in the sand we had Morning Tea and looked at all the creatures we found.

Max the Pukeko came to visit us on wheels day. What an exciting day. We even got to decorate our bikes to make them stand out.

Market Day
Doing good is good to do...
We had so much fun spending our money at the Market day. There were a wide variety of games and activities for the students.
Thank you to all the Year 7 and 8 teachers and students for organizing this day. All prophet will go to a school in Christchurch.
